Roast a Jalapeno pepper, you get a Chipotle pepper.  The roasting smoothes out the heat and adds a hearty, smoky flavor that blends wonderfully with sharp cheddar.  Not so hot to drown out the rich cheddar taste, the Chipotle adds a terrific layer of flavor to Geraldine’s® famous Traditional recipe.  Caution:  They can be addictive.
