How could Geraldine take her traditional recipe, add some health benefits, but still give it a bodacious cheesy flavor?  That was the challenge that she met head on.  Whole Grain flours were mixed with LOADS of sharp cheddar cheese (it’s over 50% cheese, by volume).  Then she added flax seeds and baked it to perfection.  You will truly feel good while enjoying these tasty morsels.
